One-Step Stripe Checkout for Hyvä

One-Step Stripe Checkout for Hyvä replaces the default multi-step checkout with a single page built in Hyvä and Alpine.js, taking payment through Stripe's Payment Element.

One page, two steps

Shipping and payment on one screen, with a summary that stays visible. Virtual and service carts skip shipping entirely and go straight to payment. Everything runs against Magento's standard checkout REST API — no custom order-placement path to audit.

Safe to install

The checkout lives on its own route and is controlled by a single admin toggle, so it coexists with your existing checkout rather than replacing it. Turn it on for a test, turn it off, and your default checkout is untouched.

Configurable without code

• Guest checkout, draft persistence and order recovery, each switchable.
• An optional terms-and-conditions checkbox with your own wording.
• Your own header, button and success-page copy.
• Optional fields — company, second address line, phone — shown or hidden, and phone required or not.
• Order summary on the left or the right.

Brand fit

Accent colour and corner radius are adjustable from admin, and nothing else — layout and spacing are deliberately fixed. A mistake in a payment form costs orders, so the settings that could reflow one simply do not exist.

Requires the official stripe/module-payments extension and a Hyvä-themed storefront on Magento 2.4+ or Mage-OS.
