Product Labels for Hyvä

Product Labels for Hyvä puts conditional badges on your product images — On Sale, New, or any text you choose — without touching a template.

How it works

You define label rules in Catalog > Product Labels. Each rule carries its own display text, background and text colour, a corner to sit in, and a priority. Rules can be scheduled with an active window, so a sale badge appears and disappears on its own.

Which products get a badge

• On sale — any product with an active special or tier price.
• New — anything created within a number of days you set.
• By attribute — match any product attribute and value.
• By SKU — an explicit list, for one-off promotions.

Every matching rule renders, highest priority first, so a product can carry more than one badge.

Built for Hyvä

Alpine.js and Tailwind throughout, CSP-safe, with no layout-breaking markup: badges are positioned over the existing gallery image. Badge shape, size and padding are adjustable from admin — leave them empty and they inherit your theme's own styling.

Labels always render, whatever your licence status: licensing is fail-soft by design, so a network problem on our side can never blank out your storefront.
